TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and i-Deals (“i-Deals”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using i-Deals, you agree to these Terms.
1. PLATFORM NATURE (NO AGENCY / NO PARTNERSHIP)
1.1 i-Deals operates solely as an online marketplace platform that facilitates listings between independent users.
1.2 i-Deals is not: A buyer or seller, an agent, broker, or intermediary in transactions, or a party to any contract between users.
1.3 No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between i-Deals and any User.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITY & DUE DILIGENCE
3.1 Users are solely responsible for verifying the identity of other users, inspecting items before purchase, and confirming payment legitimacy.
3.2 You acknowledge: All transactions are conducted entirely at your own risk. i-Deals does not guarantee transaction outcomes.
3. PROHIBITED USE & ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Posting illegal, fraudulent, or misleading listings
- Selling prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods)
- Engaging in scams, phishing, or impersonation
- Circumventing platform safeguards
Violations may result in immediate permanent ban without warning.
4. DATA PROTECTION (PDPA)
You consent to data processing under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 for platform operation, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
